You will be handling HEAVY MACHINEY WHICH USES HIGH VOLTAGE, HIGH PRESSURE WATER, DANGEROUS, (POTENTIALLY HOT AND HIGH SPEED), MECHANICAL ITEMS and TOOLS.

ELECTRIC AND WATER DO NOT MIX and this with the HEAVY and MECHANICAL DEVICES MAKE THIS VERY, VERY DANGEROUS.

DANGER HIGH VOLTAGE.  TURN OFF MAINS ELECTRIC SUPPLY AND UNPLUG FROM THE MAIN SUPPLY.

DO NOT CONTINUE UNTIL YOU HAVE DONE THIS.  DANGER UNPLUGAlso turn off water supply.

TRIPLE CHECK!!!

NOTE: ALLOW THE WASHING MACHINE TO COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE STARTING. The machine can become very HOT during use, especially if the tumble dryer is used.

TIP you should, if possible, empty the washer dryer of clothes and water first i.e. use the spin cycle.

TIP Take your time if any part feel difficult to fit find out why. Do NOT force parts this may cause damage.

  1. DANGER NOTICE
  2. DANGER UNPLUG *** A MUST DO ***
  3. Turn off water supply
  4. The New Door Seal
  5. Disconnect the Pipes
  1. Remove the Lid
  2. Removing the Panels
  3. Removing Old Door Seal
  4. Fit New Door Seal

DANGER UNPLUGAlso turn off water supply. (Yes, I warn you again!!!)

Once the New Door Seal has been fitted follow the reverse actions (Tip Note the Panels need to be slid into slots when refitting),  to reassemble.

Take care not to force fittings.

TRIPLE CHECK ALL PIPES, CONNECTIONS, FITTINGS, WATER SUPPLY, WASTE CONNECTION and POWER SUPPLY.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE REMEMBER TO RECONNECT THE EARTH WIRE TO THE HEATER DUCT!!!

Test that everything functions as expected.

TIP Try without cloths first. Check for leaks.
