Fit the New Door Seal.

Apply washing up liquid to Latching Gap in New Door Seal DANGER MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT ALLOW WASHING-UP LIQUID TO SPILL ON TO ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS.	Fit The New Door Seal Manipulate Lower Edge and Hook Over The Ledge. Bend the outer edge up a bit and clip over the edge.
Continue the Fit the New Door Seal

TIP   I found this part to be difficult to do. Use washing up liquid to help it slide on easier. Take your time. It could take a couple of people to do this.

DANGER MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT ALLOW WASHING-UP LIQUID TO SPILL ON TO ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS.

TIP Gradually feed round the edge on the Washing Machine. 

TIP You may need one to person to hold the section already fitted, latched onto the edge near the washing machine drum, (you don't want it to pop back off),  one person to feed the seal on to the edge near the Washing Machine drum.

TIP Fit The New Door Seal Manipulate Lower Edge and Hook Over Ledge.

TIP  While pressing the seal on to the edge bend the outer edge up a bit and clip over the edge.

TIP This can be a bit difficult. (the new door seal maybe a bit less flexible because it is new.)

TIP Double check that the New Door Seal is seated all the way around.

TIP Wipe and dry with paper towel after fitting.

Fit The Door Seal Big Spring	Check Fitting The Door Seal Big Spring, all around.

Before continuing. Check that the New Door Seal is seated fully all the way around.

TIP This Big Spring fits into a Door Seal slot that is now near the washing machine drum.

TIP Gradually feed the Big Spring round the Door Seal. 

TIP You may need one to person to hold the section already fitted, stretch the Big Spring over the Door Seal, (you don't want it to pop back off),  one person to stretch and feed the Big Spring over the Door Seal.

TIP After The Big Spring Fasten Small Pipe and Heater Duct. 

TIP The Big Spring needs to be fitted and checked first.

Reposition the Heater Duct	Refit Pipe and Heater Duct to Door Seal
Refasten Small Hole Clip	Replace and Fasten Heater Duct Clip. Twist clip wires.

Reposition the Heater Duct.

TIP You may need to lift the Control Panel a bit to Reposition the Heater Duct.

Refit, push onto the Heater Duct joining section at top, The Small Hose Pipe and Heater Duct to Door Seal.

TIP Remember to have the Small Host clip Loosely on The Small Hose Pipe

Reposition and fasten The Small Hose Pipe Clip

Reconnect the Heater Duct to the New Door Seal and Fasten Heater Duct Clip.

TIP Twist the end on the Heater Duct Clip so that one clip wire clips over the other.

Reconnect The Heater Duct and Earth Wire at the top

Reconnect The Heater Duct at the top. REMEMBER TO RECONNECT THE EARTH WIRE and SCREW AT OF TOP HEATER DUCT. This is one of the screws that holds the Heater Duct.

TIP You may find it useful to grip the Heater Duct Connection Lugs together while you screw the Earth Wire Screw Connection.

NOTE: Do not leave any gaps in the Heater Duct join. There is a rubber seal here. DOUBLE CHECK FOR PROPER SEATING.

NOTE:  Make sure the Foil cover is complete and undamaged and covers the join as much as possible.

IMPORTANT FOR SAFETY: REMEMBER TO RECONNECT THE EARTH WIRE and SCREW AT OF TOP HEATER DUCT.

DANGER UNPLUG.  Also turn off water supply.
