1:1:1: The aim of this report is to point out the main problems that the tenants of the Fordyce Estate, (Hemlington, Middlesbrough, Cleveland), have to endure and to achieve the funding needed to help correct those problems.

1:1:2: The funding will be used to redevelop the properties mentioned in the report and also improve the community for all the residents of the Fordyce Estate, Hemlington, Middlesbrough, Cleveland.
